Esd Ground Cable terminal processing uses cold extrusion, stamping or turning to process copper materials to make terminals of the required shape and size, such as round, square, fork, etc. The terminals are surface treated, such as tinning, silver plating, zinc plating, etc., to improve their conductivity, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The terminal surface can be printed or marked with specifications, models, brands and other information for easy identification and use.

Anti-static grounding wire connection and assembly: Connect one or both ends of the copper braided wire to the terminal. Common connection methods include welding and crimping. If the copper braided wire or terminal needs to be insulated, insulating materials such as insulating sleeves and heat shrink tubes can be put on its surface, and heat shrink or fix it to ensure the insulation effect. Perform an appearance inspection on the assembled copper braided terminal wire to check whether the braided wire has defects such as looseness, breakage, burrs, whether the terminal is firmly installed, whether there are scratches on the surface, and whether the coating is complete.
